Yes, you can buy the tickets on our web site from your PC.

Our system on line allows the buyer to choose the schedule, frequency, destination and  the seat.

• Can I make reservations?
No, this service is not available at the moment.

• How much time in advance can I buy the ticket?
You can buy your ticket on line even two hours before the departure time and 45 days before the departure date.

• What  time can I purchase the ticket?
Our Service on line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• What do I need to purchase the ticket on line?
To purchase on line you only need a Visa or  MasterCard credit card and your Passport number.
How can I pay for my tickets on line?
We receive MasterCard and Visa credit cards

• ΏWhat security system does  www.tramatweb.com.ar have for the delivery personal information on line?
We are aware of the importance of security not only in our buses but also in transactions on line. You will be asked for your credit card number only at the moment of payment. We have been working together with Sub 1 NPS Argentina ( www.sub1.com.ar ), leader in security and transactions on line to avoid any risk.  Sub 1 NPS Argentina and Certisur ( Verisign ), provide services that allow Tramat to authorize payments on line by national and international credit cards without any risk. All the information received at the moment of buying  a ticket travels.

• Where and how do I pick up my ticket?
When you buy on  www.tramatweb.com.ar, you get a receipt in the last step of the purchase, this will be your e-ticket. You will also receive a copy of your tickets to the email address used during the purchase in case you do not have a printer at the moment of buying the ticket.

You need to print the ticket
Go to the departure point of your trip with the printed e-ticket and the ID or Passport you used to purchase on line. Please give it to the support staff on board.
Remember that you will not be able to get on the bus without the ID or Passport used to purchase the ticket.
You do not need to check in at the terminal counter in advance

• Can I buy an open ticket ?
No, this service is not available at the moment.

• Is there any additional charge if I buy tickets on line?
Yes, you can buy your tickets on www.tramatweb.com.ar and service charge is $ars 3.50 per ticket.

• I bought my ticket and I cannot travel, can I return it or change it?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES of Ticket Online: The tickets purchased by Internet or Ticket Online Call Center, can be exchanged or returned only by the same way and paying the charges that correspond, forwarding the ticket requesting a refund or exchange to ticketonline@ndhstudio.com
PENALTIES: In both cases, will be retained: within 24 hours before departure 30% within 36 hours prior to departure 20%, more than 48 hours before departure 10%. The % retention will be applied to the total amount paid for the ticket less the service charge. The debit will be made in authorized credit card at time of ticket purchase.
SERVICE COST FOR RETURN: The returned ticket has an aditional charge of $ 3.50.
NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED IN AGENCIES. ONLY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO ONE HOUR BEFORE THE BUS EXIT, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

• I left some of my belongings on the bus, where can I find information about them?
If after getting off the bus you realize you forgot your bag, wallet or any belonging, call  customer service +54 261-4054300.

• I lost my luggage, where can I go to get it back?
If after getting off the bus you realize you forgot your luggage, call our customer service +54 261-4054300 or go to the  agency at the terminal where you arrived.

 Useful tips

• Don't leave your luggage unattended at any time

• If you are not sure about the platform number where the bus leaves, please go to the nearest agency or call Customer Service.
 
• Read the conditions of this agreement at the back of your ticket or before your purchase, you will also find information about weight / number of bags free from additional charge.

• After dispatching your luggage, keep the ticket  in a safe place.

• During your trip, listen to all the instructions about safety, emergency exits and the use of restrooms given by the support staff on board.

• Avoid walking during the trip.

• In case of emergency listen to the instructions given  by the support staff on board.

• If you have any hand luggage, please put it in the overhead locker and make sure it does not move.

• Remember that smoking is forbidden in all our buses.

• If you have any health problem and need the bus to stop, inform the support staff on board.

• Remember to take all your belongings with you when getting off the bus.

• If you have any request, contact our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm and Saturdays from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
